In addition to helping people, I also help myself by getting to know myself better, understanding what is important to me. I think that psychology is only a plus for relationships, since any issues can be resolved by a simple conversation. I do not like quarrels and conflicts, I confidently declare that living in love and harmony is real. I love doing yoga very much. For me, this is health promotion, as well as an opportunity to relax. In class, I give myself to the fullest. Yoga is not the only sport that I do, I also love skiing, and in general I love everything connected with the mountains. That is why I often visit those countries where you can admire the landscapes of mountains. It is so inspiring and relaxing that I would like to do it with my beloved man.
