I love life and people incredibly, I think that time is the most precious currency, and communication is the greatest luxury. Real freedom is not to do what you want, but to give up things that you do not need. I am always in development: for 10 years I have been winter swimming (loaded into water at a temperature of -23), therapeutic fasting (record 21 days), I run marathons, I am actively involved in sports, I sit on the splits, meditate, I read a lot.
