It’s hard to talk about myself, but I’ll try:

In the morning, when I open my eyes, the first thing I do is go brush my teeth, wash my face and clean my ears..

After that, I do a light stretch for the muscles, a few more exercises for the legs and hips ..

..then I go to the bath for about 30 minutes.. relax, listen to motivational videos or meditations..

(I love it when I smell good, my body, hair and my brain get the right charge of thoughts and mood for the whole day)

Breakfast is usually light:

(Pancakes with condensed milk or raspberry jam, yum yum ..)

(Sandwiches with milk sausage and cheese, fresh cucumber on top..)

(Green tea or makcoffee, and I also like berry smoothies.. Mmmm..)

Lunch I like something hot, for example:

(Mushroom cream soup, or cheese)

(Borscht or chicken soup with meatballs, yum yum)

Sometimes I can eat chicken skewers, ha ha .. two servings ..

Madly in love when barbecue sauce with kenza .. (few people love it, but I love it) ..
