Hello! My life, like meditation, is full of harmony of movement and contemplation. I find joy in every exercise, whether it’s running in the morning or doing yoga in the fresh air. But my passion for an active lifestyle is not limited to exercise. I also have a love for cooking. Cooking for me is not just a duty, but real creativity. I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients, creating dishes that not only satisfy my hunger, but also delight every ounce of my attention. When I’m not busy working out or cooking, I enjoy nature. Forest paths, mountain peaks and, of course, beaches are my places of power. I love spending time on the seashore, listening to the whisper of the waves and feeling the gentle surf. Nothing can compare to the moment when you sit on the shore, lost in your thoughts, and choking on the aroma of fresh air. I have been to many countries: China, Thailand, Georgia, Turkey, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Albania, Switzerland, USA and I just love traveling. To be honest, sometimes I just enjoy the silence and I’m a pretty calm girl! I like to take care of my health, both physical and mental!
